Learn to create a dramatic headpiece perfect for performance in this 2 part class from NYC designer Veritée Hill. Veritée will take you through the construction of a dynamic structure using couture techniques (and insider shortcuts).

Using wirework and heavy duty buckrum, we will create a base structure to support the weight of embellishments and create visually impactful wirework head-dresses.

Once you have constructed your framework you will learn to design and complete your unique and dramatic headpiece. This technique is ideal for performance wear, photoshoots and special events.

Some homework is required between sessions so please plan to create some work time.

All basic materials included, hand sewing skills are necessary.
