Butterfly Hats

If you’re after a butterfly fascinator, we’ve got you covered. At Sahar Millinery we use both fake and real ‘taxidermy’ butterflies. The taxidermy hats sit under our sub-brand UglyLovely, and the butterflies as with all our taxidermy, come from ethical sources. In the case of the butterflies, we work with a butterfly childrens education centre, and we get the ones which have died naturally at the end of the day. We like to think that by wearing a butterfly hat from this collection, you are giving those beautiful creatures a second chance to be admired!
However, we know this is not everyone’s cup of tea and in our Sahar Millinery range, we use fake butterfies (which are usually made from feathers). These are great because they are brightly coloured, and we especially love them against a black background, so you can rock the oxymoron of a black multi-coloured hat!
