In this class, Sahar will take you through the the difference between a fluffy ostrich feather, an iridescent peacock, and a turkey flight feather. We look at how feathers have been used through the ages in millinery, you’ll get to see Sahar’s collection of vintage Parisian feathers and examples of how milliners use feathers in their work.

You will then get hands-on, by trying the techniques, and walk away with your own small feather fascinator.

There will be the option of buying more feathers and various other supplies such as a sinamay fascinator base and veiling to create a more impactful fascinator.
